At Saxon Combat Academy, our Kickboxing program is designed to help students develop practical striking skills, improve fitness, build confidence, and train in a supportive, high-energy environment.

our classes provide structured coaching and progressive training suitable for all experience levels.

What Is Kickboxing?

Our Kickboxing program blends elements of Muay Thai, Dutch Kickboxing, and other striking arts including Karate and Taekwondo to create a well-rounded and practical striking system.


Training focuses on:

  • punches 
  • kicks 
  • knees 
  • footwork 
  • movement 
  • timing 
  • defence 
  • combinations and pressure 


Students develop both technical striking skills and the ability to apply them through structured partner work, pad work, movement drills, and controlled live training.


Training helps build:

  • fitness and conditioning

  • balance 
  • timing 
  • composure under pressure 


Whether you are training for fitness, self-defence, martial arts development, or MMA, classes are designed to help students progress in a supportive and beginner-friendly environment.

Beginner Friendly

Most students who join our Kickboxing program begin with little or no prior martial arts experience.


You do not need:


  • previous striking experience 
  • high fitness levels 
  • to “get fit first” 


Our coaches guide students through everything step-by-step in a welcoming and structured environment.


Training is scalable for all experience and fitness levels.

What A Typical Class Looks Like

Classes are structured to combine technical learning with practical application and conditioning.


Sessions may include:


  • warm-ups and movement drills 
  • striking technique instruction 
  • pad work 
  • partner drills 
  • footwork and movement 
  • conditioning work 
  • controlled sparring development 


The focus is on developing clean technique, confidence, and long-term progression.

Unlimited Martial Arts Membership — $40 Per Week

Train across our striking and grappling programs with unlimited access to:

Annual Membership Fee

A $70 annual membership fee applies upon sign-up and yearly renewal.
